PATY BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT
We're so grateful you've chosen to share your family and your love for Paty with your community. Every photo, video, and story helps introduce new families to the timeless quality, comfort, and craftsmanship that Paty has been known for for generations. We're excited to have you as part of the journey!
WELCOME TO THE PATY FAMILY!
All the details:
program length
The Paty Brand Ambassador Program is designed for babies through 12 months of age.
Ambassador participation typically concludes once your child reaches 12 months old. However, either Paty or the ambassador may choose to end participation at any time.
What You'll Receive
As an active Paty Brand Ambassador, you'll receive:
• One curated Paty package each month (based on product availability)
• A personal ambassador discount code
• Opportunities to be featured across Paty's social media, website, email campaigns, advertising, and other marketing materials
• Opportunities to earn additional perks, exclusive campaigns, and commission-based rewards through active participation and consistent content creation
Monthly Ambassador Expectations
To remain an active ambassador, we ask that you complete the following each month:
✓ One (1) Instagram Reel or short video (approximately 10-15 seconds or longer) featuring your little one wearing Paty
✓ One (1) Instagram feed post (single image or carousel) featuring your little one wearing Paty
✓ Publish your monthly content by the 3rd monday of each month your package is received unless otherwise communicated by the Paty team
✓ Tag @patyinc in all qualifying content
✓ Upload your original photos and video files to the shared folder provided by Paty so our marketing team can use them in future marketing efforts
✓ Share the links to your published content with the Paty team if requested
Instagram Stories are always appreciated but do not count toward the monthly posting requirements.
Content Guidelines
Our favorite content is authentic.
We love seeing genuine smiles, cuddles, playtime, milestone moments, and everyday life featuring your little one in Paty.
Whenever possible:
• Use natural light.
• Choose clean, uncluttered backgrounds.
• Make sure both your child and the Paty clothing are clearly visible.
• Show details that highlight the softness, quality, comfort, and craftsmanship of each piece.
• Share your experience in your own voice. Authentic stories always connect best. Natural, heartfelt content is exactly what we're looking for.
Communication
We understand life with little ones doesn't always go according to plan.
If your package arrives late, the sizing isn't quite right, you're traveling, your family gets sick, or something else comes up,
simply let us know.
Open communication helps us support you and keeps the program running smoothly. We truly appreciate hearing from you if your monthly content will be delayed.
Content Usage
By participating in the Paty Brand Ambassador Program, you grant Paty permission to repost, edit, publish, and use any photos or videos you provide or publicly share featuring Paty products for marketing purposes.
This may include, but is not limited to:
• Social media
• Website
• Email marketing
• Digital advertising
• Printed marketing materials
• Other promotional content
You retain ownership of your original content.
Ambassador Discount Code
All active Paty Brand Ambassadors receive the same value discount code.
Our goal is to create a consistent ambassador experience while rewarding those who actively participate in growing the Paty community.
As the program evolves, ambassadors who consistently create quality content and actively engage with the program may be invited to participate in exclusive campaigns, receive additional perks, or earn commission-based rewards.
Program benefits, discount codes, and commission opportunities may be updated as the ambassador program grows.
Staying Active
We understand that every month won't be perfect.
However, consistently missing the monthly content expectations or failing to communicate with the Paty team may result in your ambassadorship coming to an end.
Our goal is always to work together, communicate openly, and help every ambassador succeed.
Growing Together
The Paty Brand Ambassador Program will continue to evolve as our community grows.
From time to time, program requirements, benefits, and opportunities may be updated to better serve both our ambassadors and the Paty brand. We'll always communicate meaningful updates with our ambassador community.
